Job summary
Remarkable is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide essential care to hospice patients, supporting comfort, safety, and well-being alongside the nursing team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help deliver high-quality patient care in a sensitive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications
- Education: 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of Nursing Assistant course and state certification.
- Experience: 1 year in a comparable role.
- Driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance; no OIG exclusions.
- Meets Medicare §418.76 competency/ training requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide mobility support—walking, transferring, positioning.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with basic procedures under supervision.
- Collect specimens for lab tests as directed.
- Document care in medical records and communicate with the team.
- Maintain clean, safe patient environment and properly stocked rooms.
- Participate in training and ongoing education.
