Covenant Living Communities and CovenantCare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice CNA to join our caring team. The role reports to a registered nurse and focuses on personal care, observation, and compassionate support for patients in need.

You will perform basic nursing tasks under supervision, document observations, and help with activities of daily living, laundry, and safety. This is an entry-level opportunity requiring a high school diploma and state-approved CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program; CPR and HHA may be required by state.
• Entry-level experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: baths, hygiene, grooming, linen changes, and safe living area.
• Plan and assist with nutritious meals and feeding as needed.
• Record and report vital signs as ordered.
• Assist with ambulation and prescribed exercise per plan.
• Perform range of motion and basic therapeutic activities.
• Assist in self-administration of medications.
• Handle patient laundry and maintain safety with equipment.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment and devices.
