Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care in Batavia, IL is seeking a Hospice CNA to join our caring team. Under supervision of a registered nurse, you will perform personal care and observe patients to support comfort and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including baths, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care and linen changes.
• Planning and assisting with nutritious meals and feeding as needed.
• Taking and recording vital signs as ordered (temp, pulse, resp, BP).
• Assisting with ambulation and range of motion exercises as per plan of care.
• Observing, documenting and reporting patient status and care performed.
• Maintaining patient safety and a clean, orderly living environment.
