Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.
• CNA license is acceptable as minimum educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care (bathing, nail care, mouth care) per care plan.
• Supports ADLs and self-care, maintaining neat environment.
• Performs light housekeeping per hospice plan of care.
• Completes ~5 billable visits per day.
• Provides respite/continuous care as directed by RN/Manager.
• Documents care within 24 hours with 95% accuracy.
• Completes 12 hours in-service yearly.
