Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Makes care rounds and reports pertinent information as appropriate.
• Takes vitals and assists with tube feeding.
• Provides personal care such as bathing, grooming, mouth care, as directed by the plan of care.
• Assists with positioning, mobility, and comfort.
• Ensures resident equipment is accessible and safe; reports issues to supervisor.
• Stores resident items properly and assists with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Runs errands to other departments if requested.
