Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA certification.
• CNA license is acceptable as minimum educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, shampoo, nail care and mouth care per care plan.
• Assist patients with ADLs and self care while keeping environment neat and clean.
• Ensure patient safety and report concerns to RN/PC Manager.
• Perform duties per hospice plan of care and document care within 24 hours with 95% accuracy.
• Drive to designated service areas following safe driving practices.
