Qualifikationen

• Provides direct patient care to patient under RN direction.
• Assists with safe transfers and ambulation per policy.
• Reports changes and documents care rendered for continuity.
• Maintains infection control and a clean, safe environment.
• Communicates respectfully with patient, family and staff.
• Respects patient privacy and property.
• Assists with nutrition and fluids.
• Contributes to efficient operation and time management.
• Participates in the QAPI program.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
