Cadre Family Companies seeks a dedicated Hospice Care Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate team delivering high-quality in-home care. You will assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and personal care while supporting families throughout the care journey.

Travel across the assigned service area is required. A valid TX CNA certification, a year or more of hospice experience, and strong communication skills are essential to provide dignified, patient‑centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Current CNA certification in Texas.
• One year or more experience in hospice, palliative care, or similar setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
