Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Bozeman, MT is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nursing Aide to support patients at home. You will assist with daily personal care, help with hygiene, and ensure comfort while coordinating with the care team to keep families informed.

You will work closely with supervising RNs, follow care plans, and help educate families on basic health-care routines. A valid CNA registration and reliable transportation are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility).
• 1 year of direct client care experience in home health or hospice within the last 5 years.
• Training and competency evaluation program that complies with federal and state regulations.
• Registered and listed in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as changing bedding, bathing, and helping with hygiene.
• Support hospice patients and educate family members on basic health-care routines.
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to keep the team updated on patient progress and family needs.
