Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Idaho is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to support patients at home, assisting with personal care, mobility, bathing and daily activities.

You will collaborate with nurses and care teams, follow care plans, document care provided, and help families manage routines. A valid CNA/HHA certificate, CPR, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Must complete training, competency evaluation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Must possess CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Support activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborate with supervising nurses and care teams to follow care plans.
• Document care provided and communicate patient progress to families and team.
