Job summary

Affinity Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Florence, AL team. You will provide compassionate in-home care under RN supervision, handle personal care tasks, and help patients maintain comfort in their own homes.

The role requires empathy, CPR certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. We offer full-time hours, competitive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• CNA training/certification as per state requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform personal care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and attend to patient needs promptly.
• Observe, report, and document patient status and changes.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, feeding, and mobility as assigned.
• Adhere to care procedures and safety standards in home settings.
• Support case manager with coordination and documentation.
