AccentCare is hiring a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care in patients' homes and facilities in Pasco and Hernando counties. A valid Florida CNA license and experience in hospice, home health, or related settings are required.

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary for travel and patient care in diverse environments. The role follows a standard M-F schedule from 8a-5p, with pay based on experience and mileage reimbursement.

Formación

• Must have Florida CNA license and experience in Hospice/Home Health or Nursing Home or Hospital.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care as applicable by state.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record and able to provide care in homes, facilities, or hospitals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care including personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility assistance.
• Assist patients in their homes or facilities with movement and daily activities, ensuring timely, dignified end-of-life care.
• Monitor comfort, respond to needs and maintain safety and dignity at all times.
• Work in home or facility settings, adapting to conditions while following infection control and safety protocols.
