Job summary

Hospice & Community Care is seeking a CNA for Home Hospice on a full-time, day shift schedule (8am–5pm) to provide personal care and support patients at the end of life.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Nurse’s Aide certification, and at least 1 year of CNA experience. Orientation lasts 4–5 weeks; candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and work at least 64 hours every two weeks. Flu vaccination or exemption is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nurse’s Aide certification required.
• 1 year of CNA experience required.
• Must be able to complete 4-5 weeks of a full time day shift orientation (8am-5pm).
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two‑week pay period.
• Must be vaccinated for influenza or be granted a religious/medical exemption.
