Hearth Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team and provide hands-on care with dignity at the end of life. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure comfort, safety, and respectful, person-centered support in patients' homes or facilities.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, documenting care accurately, and supporting families during this challenging time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Holds current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum one year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice a plus.
• CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care following the plan of care to ensure comfort and well-being.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, hygiene, bedding, and grooming.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Support families with guidance and reassurance during the patient’s remaining time.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
