Job summary

Anodyne Palliative Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home and facility-based hospice care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support patients with dignity and comfort at the end of life.

The role requires CNA certification, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a home or clinical setting. Flexible scheduling and a team-centered environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent training
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation systems

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or healthcare facilities
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Monitor and record vital signs and health status
• Assist with medication reminders and administration
• Document patient care activities and observations in medical records
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
