Job summary

Anodyne Palliative Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home hospice and supportive care in the Chicago area. You will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document observations to support high-quality end-of-life care.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and independent work in in-person settings. Flexible schedules and varied shifts are available for full-time, part-time, PRN, and per diem positions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centered care in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to document observations clearly and accurately.
• Comfort with assisting patients with ADLs and basic health tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to hospice patients in homes or facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient status.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration.
• Document care activities in medical records.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.
