Dover Health is seeking a compassionate Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on personal care and daily living support for patients during end-of-life care. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, delivering high-quality care in patients' homes within the assigned service area.

Responsibilities include documenting services, using medical equipment safely, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• Preferred hospice or home care experience.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Fulfilling the Hospice CNA Plan of Care under supervision of the RN.
• Collaborating with the care team to meet patient needs.
• Delivering hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Documenting care provided and using durable medical equipment safely.
• Participating in activities that promote patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.
