Job summary

Dover Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care in patients' homes across Aurora, Oswego, and Yorkville. You will work under an RN, document services, and support patients and families with dignity and comfort in end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• Preferred hospice or home care experience.
• Current and valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current liability auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care provided according to agency policy.
• Collaborate with supervising RN and care team to meet patient needs.
• Use Durable Medical Equipment safely and follow safety regulations.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
