Amedisys Hospice is seeking a full-time Hospice Aide with DAY shifts to serve patients in the Milford area. The role requires a valid Delaware CNA license and recent CNA experience in home health or hospice settings, with pay ranging from $20 to $23 per hour.

Qualifications

• CNA experience within last 12 months preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Plans and prepares meals and assists with feeding as needed.
• Performs homemaking and environmental services as assigned.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
