Hillcrest Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one personal care to patients in their homes and care communities, working alongside our nurses and interdisciplinary team to keep patients comfortable and dignified.

If you are a dedicated CNA with strong communication and reliable transportation, you can join a supportive leadership team and make meaningful differences for patients and families when it matters most.

Qualifications

• Nebraska CNA certification required.
• Two years of personal care experience preferred.
• One year of Home Care or Hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized care based on each patient’s plan of care.
• Bring a calm, caring, and reassuring presence to patients and families.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team.
