Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a compassionate CNA Hospice Aide to provide hands-on care for patients at home as part of our hospice team. You will support daily living activities, promoting comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being in alignment with the care plan.

The role requires a valid CNA certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license, along with reliable transportation. Pay ranges from $14.00 to $23.85 per hour and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CNA certification as per state requirements.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred CNA experience within the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with daily living activities and promotes comfort and dignity.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Observes and documents changes in patient status and reports to nurse.
• Assists with prescribed exercises and performs simple tests as directed.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
