Amedisys, part of the Optum family, is seeking a CNA Hospice Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients in Media, PA. You will support families and work with the hospice team to deliver respectful care aligned with the plan of care.

Responsibilities include personal care, ensuring safety, assisting with meals and mobility, documenting patient status, and following nursing instructions. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Current state CNA certification per PA requirements.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with daily living activities and promotes comfort and dignity.
• Observes and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists with prescribed exercises and mobility.
• Performs simple urine tests as directed and documents results.
