Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification and CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients.
• Assists with daily living activities and promotes comfort, dignity, and emotional well-being.
• Reports changes to the nurse; follows plan of care.
• Performs homemaking tasks and assists with feeding and nutrition as assigned.
• Observes and documents patient status; assists with prescribed exercises.
• Follows written instructions from the nurse before delivering services.
• Other duties as assigned.
