Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of chaplaincy experience in hospice or similar setting.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Assess spiritual and cultural needs and integrate into care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
