Job description

Hospice Chaplains carry the profound honor of guiding patients and families through the sacred journey of end-of-life care. As a vital part of our team, chaplains provide a steady, compassionate presence—whether through a brief visit or extended time at the bedside—ensuring patients feel spiritually supported and at peace.

By listening deeply, honoring silence, and holding space for essential questions, chaplains help patients reflect on the meaning of their lives and find comfort in their final days. Working within our interdisciplinary team, they address spiritual concerns alongside physical and emotional needs.

Our commitment extends beyond the patient, providing families with ongoing spiritual support for up to a year after their loss.
