You will assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision, support mobility and comfort, and help maintain a respectful, healing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in providing personal care in a residential or long term care setting preferred.
• CNA or CHHA certification preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Aid patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation under RN supervision.
• Support meal preparation and feeding; monitor intake as directed by RN.
• Maintain clean, safe patient areas and manage supplies.
• Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Document care provided in patient records and forms.
• Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members.
