Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN direction and Plan of Care.
• Assist patients with safe transfers and ambulation.
• Report changes and document care provided for continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control standards and a clean, safe environment.
• Support respectful communication with patient/family and staff.
• Assist with nutrition and fluid intake as directed.
• Support efficient operation of the agency and time management.
• Assist with treatments and procedures as required by policy.
• Uphold agency philosophy and policies to ensure quality care.
