Qualifications

• One year full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting or home health/hospice within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks for hospice patients (bedding, bathing, hygiene).
• Coordinate with supervising RNs to keep the team informed of patient progression and family needs.
