Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated home health aide to support patients in their homes. You will follow the physician's plan of care to deliver compassionate, safe care and monitor patient conditions.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of direct client care experience or recent CNA experience, hold a valid nurse aide registry in their state, and possess basic tech skills including a mobile device. A CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year full time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting or home health/hospice setting.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
