Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care LLC is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide direct patient care in patients' homes within the Arizona service area. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring patient status under RN supervision, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

You will collaborate with families and the care team to ensure quality comfort and support. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and nurse aide training or state certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma preferred; nurse aide training or state certification preferred.
• Experience: at least one year as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Skills: reads, writes, and reports clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision according to care plans.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, nutrition, and hydration.
• Report changes and document care to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and a clean, safe home environment.
• Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and staff.
• Participate in on-call/after-hours coverage as needed.
• Travel to patient homes; reliable transportation required.
