Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care is seeking a Hospice Aide to support patients in Casa Grande and South Chandler, under RN supervision. You will perform direct patient care, assist with transfers, and help maintain a safe home environment while documenting care given.

Applicants should have a high school diploma (preferred) and prior hospice or CNA exposure. Flexible schedules and on-call rotations are part of the role, with a patient‑focused, family‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and verbally report clinical information to patients, families and care teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated in patient and coworker interactions.
• Experience in hospice or home health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision according to the Aide Plan of Care.
• Assist patients with transfers and ambulation per hospice policy.
• Document care provided and report changes to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain infection control and provide a clean, safe environment.
• Participate in on-call/after-hours coverage as assigned.
