VitalCaring Group in Bryan, TX is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide/CNA to provide compassionate, home-based comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. You will support activities of daily living, assist with mobility, and help maintain a safe, peaceful home environment for patients and their families.

You will observe patient changes, document care accurately, and collaborate with RNs, social workers, and care teams to honor patient preferences and cultural needs.

Qualifikationen

• State-required Hospice Aide/CNA training completed
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to follow care plans and document clearly
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families

Aufgaben

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Support comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin care
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe home environment
• Offer respite support to caregivers and families
• Observe and report changes to the RN/Case Manager and document care accurately
