Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing and dressing.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to RN/Case Manager.
• Support comfort through mobility assistance and skin integrity care.
• Communicate with compassion across patients, families, and team members.
