Job summary

VitalCaring Group in Las Vegas is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide/CNA to provide comfort and dignity to patients in home settings. You will assist with daily activities, observe changes, and coordinate with RNs to support the hospice plan of care.

Candidates should have state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training (CNA if required), CPR certification, excellent communication, and reliable transportation to travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training (CNA certification if required by state)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families
• Strong empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes
• A true patient-first mindset with respect for dignity and quality of life

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Support comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin integrity care
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Offer respite support to caregivers and families
