Qualifications

• Previous hospice, home health aide, or CNA experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• Willingness to obtain Hospice Nursing Assistant Certification within 24 months.
• Active infection control awareness and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Encourage recreational and therapeutic activities to support well-being.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
