Support Services of Virginia (SSVA) seeks compassionate individuals, couples, and families to host a Sponsored Residential Provider in Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and Eastern Shore areas. You’ll welcome adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities into a family-style home and help them work toward goals, independence, and community participation.

Sponsored payments are biweekly and the annual salary ranges from $48,000 to $124,000, reflecting funding levels and support needs.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active and engaged in local community.
• At least six months of personal or professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Comfortable using technology and electronic documentation systems.

• Supporting daily living skills, personal goals, and greater independence.
