Providers can earn approximately $48,000-$124,000 annually, with biweekly payments. SSVA provides free training, licensing assistance, 24/7 on-call support, and ongoing help to ensure a great match with the person served.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be active within the local community.
• Have at least six months of personal or professional experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Be comfortable using technology and electronic documentation systems.
