Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in finding the best-fit medical products for their needs.
• Ask good questions to understand mobility needs, home setup, and budget.
• Educate customers on equipment options, safety considerations, and use.
• Demonstrate products such as rollators, wheelchairs, lift chairs, beds, scooters.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate delivery or installation.
• Manage POS and basic inventory activities.
• Develop new referrals by visiting local independent and assisted living communities 2-3 times per month.
• Follow up with past customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover needs.
• Help keep showroom clean, organized, stocked, and easy to navigate.
