Job summary

The MedEquip Shop in Houston, TX is seeking an inspiring Store Manager who will be on the floor daily, lead a team, and deliver a premium, white-glove customer experience. You’ll manage operations, coaching, merchandising, and community outreach while hitting ambitious sales goals.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll ensure excellent service, adherence to standards, and a focus on improving customer outcomes in the home medical equipment space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience with proven results in sales growth and team development.
• Strong leadership presence on the floor and in coaching.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with POS and CRM systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and drive results by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and coaching to achieve them.
• Deliver a premium customer experience with consultative selling and issue resolution.
• Oversee operations including cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation with precision.
• Maintain merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, and effective displays.
• Develop the team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Build community partnerships and represent the store at local events.
