Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university/program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility and strength.
• Responsible for administration and evaluation of tests to determine goals.
• Provide written evaluations and plans of care.
• Deliver physical therapy services as per physician orders.
• Document client performance and modify treatment plans as needed.
