Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed therapy assistant to provide intermittent professional therapy services in the home setting. You will educate patients and family members and collaborate with the care team to follow the physician’s orders and the plan of care.

Qualified candidates must graduate from an approved clinical education program, hold licensure in their state, and have at least one year of licensed therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
