Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking qualified therapy assistants to provide intermittent professional services to patients in the home setting. You will be teaching patients, families, and other health care team members in accordance with the plan of care and physician orders.

Candidates must graduate from an approved clinical education program, be licensed in the state of practice, have at least one year of licensed therapy assistant experience, and possess basic technology skills

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
