Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in Mountainhome, PA. Provide quality, respectful care to participants, with dignity and compassion, both physically and emotionally, while supporting independence.

Duties include home assistance, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules; training via mobile app and Zoom; earning up to $19 per hour with medical benefits and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion and respect, including physical and emotional care.
• Home assistance: light housekeeping, errands, transportation, appointments, medication reminders, meal prep, personal care.
• Companionship: provide conversation, stimulation and support to individuals.
