Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team. We have over 40 years of experience supporting the elderly, disabled, and participants with intellectual disabilities.

Candidates will provide in-home care with dignity and respect, including light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal assistance. Flexible schedules are available, with part-time or full-time options, and a mobile-friendly application process via Zoom for interviews.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for sometimes long periods.

Responsabilités

• Care for Participants with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
• Light housekeeping, errands, or transportation as needed; accompany clients to appointments; assist with medications.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and conversation to stimulate and support the individual.
