Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the United States. The successful candidate will provide compassionate in-home care to elderly and disabled clients, perform light housekeeping, assist with daily living activities, and accompany clients to appointments.

We offer flexible schedules, mobile-app based training and Zoom meetings to support remote learning. Earn up to $19 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for a long period of time

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with daily living needs.
• Provide companionship and conversation to stimulate and assist the individual.
