Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in Pennsylvania. We offer flexible schedules with options for part-time or full-time roles and compensation up to $19 per hour. Training is mobile-based and interviews are conducted via Zoom.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, errands, or transportation as needed.
• Offer personal assistance with daily living activities and reminders for medications.
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation to participants.
• Support participants with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect.
