Job summary

Qualifications

• State-approved Home Health Aide certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Plan and prepare meals, observe dietary restrictions.
• Assist with medication reminders per care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping (dusting, vacuuming, laundry).
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensure client safety.
• Provide companionship and supportive presence.
• Document and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Follow HIPAA and protect client PHI.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
