Job summary

Helping Hands Home Healthcare Agency in Bellefontaine, OH is seeking a compassionate Home Healthcare Aide to support patients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help monitor health status under supervision.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a home health aide, CNA, or caregiver is a plus.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with patient mobility.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to supervising staff.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Support patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed.
Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
