Job summary

Complete Home Care, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate care in patients' homes, aligning with our mission and values. HHAs monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, meals, grooming, and collaborate with the care team to implement the Plan of Care.

Requires HS diploma, HHA/CNA certification, 1+ year experience, strong English language skills, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. On-call availability and safety compliance are expected.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
Home Health Aide Certificate or CNA/HHA credential.
Minimum 1 year of home health aide or CNA experience.
Strong English language skills, written and verbal.
Active CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Monitor and record patient condition; provide support and personal services; educate families.
Support Plan of Care and collaborate with the care team to implement it.
Provide housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meals, and snacks for patients.
Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming as needed.
Teach family members safe lifting and transfer techniques.
Communicate with family and update them on treatment and aftercare needs.
