Advocate Health Care in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide compassionate in-home care to patients across Washington, Ozaukee and Dodge counties. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor patient condition, maintain safety, and document care per agency and state standards. A CNA certification, valid driver’s license, and English proficiency are required, with opportunities for ongoing

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• One year nurse’s aide experience.
• RN nursing students that meet state requirements.
